Red, White, and Blue, 4th of July Table

One of my favorite 4th of July Tablescapes.  I love the stripes running through the tablecloth and the plates. The repetition of the white stars on blue really ties it all together even though the items came from several different sources.  I use the red Waterford Marquis glassware often in my Tablescapes. You can find them at Replacements and on Ebay still.

Plaid Reindeer Christmas Table

Reindeer and plaid theme for my Christmas table this year.

I have been wanting to use these plates for some time. The Centerpiece sleigh came from a gift shop in Salt Lake City that is now closed.  I filled it with pine cones and small ornaments that I already had. The wood candlesticks came from Homegoods. The plaid tablecloth and napkins came from Homegoods.  I only buy in sets of 12 (there are 11 in the family now when we all get together) and I was lucky that they had 12 napkins. The chargers, dinner plates, and salad plates are Bordallo Pinheiro Christmas plates that I bought, a few at a time over the years, on Ebay. I love the raised relief pattern on them and it makes up for having to hand wash them.  Green and red wood reindeer napkin rings are vintage and came from Ebay. I bought the cream flatware, Roma,  from Neiman Marcus or Bloomingdales. They have really good sales from time to time on their flatware. I have a few different colors of this flatware and I really like the marbleized design of the handle. The place card holders are new this year from Pier 1. They are LED and light up with a switch.  When I saw them I knew they would be perfect for this year’s table. The goblets are Waterford Marquis Brookside Red.  I use them often in tablescapes and I wish they came in other colors.  I think I got them at T.J.Maxx years ago but I am not sure. The smaller vintage goblets are Fostoria Colonial Dame Green.  This pattern was made from 1948-1964, I bought them on Ebay.
